Beach, Bluegrass and BBQ Festival on May 12
City launching new event next month.
Release, City of Goose Creek:
The City of Goose Creek will present its first ever Beach, Bluegrass and BBQ Festival on Saturday, May 12, from 3-8 p.m. behind located at 519 N. Goose Creek Blvd. This free, family-friendly festival is sponsored by Goose Creek Heating and Air and will feature live music, a corn-hole tournament, food eating contest and kid's play area.
The YeeHaw Junction Bluegrass Band will perform from 3-5 p.m. and the Ocean Drive Party Band will perform from 5:30-7:30 pm. Local restaurant will host a food eating competition at 5 p.m. for adults 18 years or older. Participants must pre-register onsite. The event will feature BBQ from Music Man’s BBQ and several other food vendors.
