Goose Creek basketball coach Brad Dobbels will be leaving the school to return to his alma mater. He'll serve as an assistant coach for Barclay Radebauch at Charleston Southern University.
"It’s an exciting time to be a Buc and I look forward to serving the student-athletes at CSU while helping them reach new levels spiritually, academically and athletically," Dobbels said in a statement.
Under Dobbels, the Gators won the state championship in 2009.

Who will take his place I hope Coach Reedy goes out and a quality replacement. For the pass ten years the basketball programs boys and girls was the pride of gator country two state championship and many conference titles.
