Goose Creek residents went to the polls two weeks ago to fill three seats. Two incumbents won their seats outright — Jerry Tekac and John McCants. Planning Commission Chairman Franklin Moore came in third, but he didn't win a majority.
On Tuesday, voters will go to the polls to pick between Moore and the fourth-place finisher: incumbent Sal Gandolfo.
Election Day: April 17
Polling Place: Goose Creek City Hall, 519 N. Goose Creek Boulevard, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Congratulations to Franklin Moore for his win tonight over incumbant Sal Gandolfo. Moore was able to win with less votes, but strong for a run off with only two candidates. Now the questions is, will Moore be the one vote the Mayor needs to bring the hot topic golf course deed restriction issue to council vote?
