Arrest, Home Raided in Meth Lab Investigation

Edmund Road home searched, one man arrested.

A Goose Creek Police special response team raided a home at 105 Edumnd Road on Wednesday.

Brain Hill, 32, faces charges of attempting to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of disposal of methamphetamine waste.

The department served a search warrant in cooperation with the Charleston drug enforcement task force, according to Goose Creek Capt. John Grainger.

GCPD had been investigating the home for possible methamphetamine manufacturing. The scene was secured and Grainger said there was no immediate danger to neighbors as officers processed the scene.

"When the processing is complete, any items discovered that are associated with the manufacture, use, or distribution of methamphetamine will be professionally handled and disposed of," Grainger said in a statement.
