This week, we asked readers to tell us their favorite place to find live music. While a lot of the nightlife in the Charleston area lives on the peninsula or near the beaches, there are a few neighborhood bar-and-grills that provide live music.
Wild Wing in North Charleston stands out for some of the regional talent that make the drive up Rivers Avenue. The restaurant has a stage setup to entertain diners and bar-flies alike.
There are also special live music events throughout the year, like the recent Wingstock with live music all day.
This week, Plain Jane is live Friday night and The Secrets will be performing Saturday. And TrickKnee will be on stage for the Memorial Day bash.
