Located on the edge of Crowfield Plantation, Stratford High School serves much of western Goose Creek. The principal is Conrad Lopes.

Feeder schools include Westview Middle and College Park Middle. Stratford is home to the Stratford Knights.

The specialized programs offered at Stratford High School include Broadcast Journalism, Culinary Arts, Pre-Engineering, Health Sciences, and Virtual Enterprise. New programs include Green Construction, Aerospace Engineering, International Business, and International Baccalaureate.
