Ever wanted to try yoga? Here's your chance.
The City of Goose Creek Recreation Department is offering a free introduction to yoga class is 6:45-7:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3. Students must preregister.
Following this class are three classes for the yoga-enthusiast.
Level 1 yoga — for beginners — is a 6-week session beginning Tuesday, Sept. 10. Cost is $48 for residents or $53 for nonresidents.
Level 2 yoga is two 4-week, concurrent sessions for those with yoga experience beginning Saturday, Sept. 7, and again Thursday, Sept. 19. Cost is $32 for residents or $37 for nonresidents. If you take both classes, the sessions are $56 for residents or $61 for nonresidents.
Classes are held at the Casey Community Center.
