Community Update

Had to bring my refrigerator to them because they claim we were "out of their service area" and they charge us $50 to diagnose the problem. They call back over one week later saying there is no problem. Also when my husband dropped off the refrigerator, he told them that water leaked out of the plate on the door when getting water..He told them someone told him it was the 3 way valve that needed replacing. They agreed and replaced the part. (They lied to me when I called and told me that he just told them to replace the part with no reason). They charged $80 to fix it and the water still leaks ( apparently they don't check their work). So adding the $50 plus $80 wasted we spent $130 for ...Nothing...
