Willene F. "Billie" VanOver, 48, of Goose Creek, SC, wife of Thomas Allen Cox, Jr. died June 24, 2013. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2013 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL,(2180 Greenridge Road) at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends Saturday at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel One hour prior to the service

Billie was born September 12, 1964 in Fort Benning, GA. She held a B.S. Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and was a retired Registered Nurse in Home Health Care.
She is survived by her husband of twenty two years; son T.J Cox of Goose Creek, SC; her parents William F. and Gerri VanOver of Williamsburg, KY; sisters Marti Wilson, Dyan Fairbanks both of Williamsburg, KY; Janet Parmen and Peggy Woods both of Corbin, KY; and Sarah Cupp of Indianapolis, IN; brothers Mark VanOver of Williamsburg, KY and William VanOver of Winchester, KY and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 81 Gadsden St, Charleston,SC 29401.
