At-Large Murder Suspect's Son Determined to be Safe

While the man wanted in the homicide of a man found dead of a gunshot wound at a Goose Creek playground remains at large, Goose Creek Police have determined that the wanted man's 3-year-old son is safe.

Last week, police issued a statement alerting the public to the possibility of Quantavious Johnson being in danger by a man considered armed and dangerous.

Stephon Johnson is wanted by Goose Creek Police for the murder of William Kuhn. Investigators are asking anyone with information regarding Johnson’s whereabouts to contact their local law enforcement agency or Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.

On Friday, Sept. 27, Quantavious was brought to GCPD by one of Johnson’s acquaintances. Quantavious was determined to be in good health and was turned over to the Department of Social Services for placement.
