There's even more holiday cheer planned for Goose Creek this year.
To kick off the holiday season, the Goose Creek Recreation Department will be holding its first Holiday Expo at the Goose Creek Community Center. The free event will be from 4:30-7:30 p.m. on Nov. 17.
There will be holiday shopping opportunities, as well as wellness information, according to a city release.

Vendors spaces are available for $15 and must be reserved by Nov. 16. For more information, call the Community Center at 843-569-4242 or visit the city's website, CityOfGooseCreek.com.

Earlier this week, we noted the holiday festival planned for Dec. 6, as well as a light show that will be on display through Jan. 1.
The city is looking for sponsors for the light display around the municipal center's lake. Interested businesses or community organizations can contact Barbara Nimocks at 843-569-4242 for more information.
