Halfway Through Regular Season: Area Teams Remain Undefeated

Goose Creek, Hanahan and Stratford remain undefeated in week 6 — marking the halfway point through the regular season.

Goose Creek Gators traveled to Beaufort Friday and defeated the Eagles in a decisive 48-7 game. No. 3 Gators play 1-5 Carolina Forest away next week. 

Hanahan Hawks played Orangeburg-Wilkinson away, defeating the team 28-21. It was the team's narrowest victory of the season. No. 10 Hawks go on to play Berkeley next week at home.

Stratford Knights eked out a win over Summerville Green Wave Friday night home with a 28-26 win. Like the Hawks, it was the Knight's narrowest win of the season. Stratford goes on to play Cane Bay away next week.

Cane Bay is experience the opposite streak of its Goose Creek neighbors. The team is now 0-6 after losing to Colleton 34-20.
