My daughter and I went to Tanner nails on 2/25/12 to receive pedicures. We both have been there several times and have not had any problems before.
We were getting ready to pay and they would not accept my gift cert, because they were expired, I had no idea that gift cert expired. My boyfriend had paid cash for them, so technically my pedi had already been paid for, they could have said that they would honor them this time, but no they didn't. So they just lost my business, my daughters, and I told everyone at work and my daughter did also. My point is they were cash for the gift cert and I had to pay for the pedicure, so received double money......bad business.
