Persimmon Hill In Goose Creek is a wonderful Townhouse Community. It is a well kept community , and very safe. You can walk your pets and visit with other residents at the same time. Theese are not rentals. We have a HOA that keeps the by-laws & codes inforced to keep the value of your property. It is a one way in & out to keep away thru traffic. It is in the City Limits and great school district.
All ages live here so you are bound to find friends. I love my townhome and especillay enjoy the green space we have here also minimal yard work. I enjoy the pool area and have met many friends there.

I would love to see a little coffee shop / dessert place where Flaps was. Just somewhere you can meet a friend & chat

I would love to see something teen friendly where the food lion was. There is no place in goose creek for the teens to hang out. every thing is for the very young or older. The children inbetween are the most likely to get in trouble , There is nothing here to keep them entertained.AND IT NEED TO BE SOMETHING THAT DOES NOTCOST A FORTUNE FOR THEM. Help keep the tweeners out of trouble .

I Totally agree with you June. we need something for the teenagers and that former foodlion is ideal location for a small shops or ice cream or coffee shop and a cinema..
